Automotive Car Battery Assembly Line , Heat-Sealing Of The Aluminum Foil
Description : This machine is for heat-sealing of the aluminum foil on the vent of automotive battery. It can prevent the air touch the battery plates. For that reason, the inside of battery will be vacuumed. It can avoid oxidized before pour the acid liquid into the battery.
Sequence of Operation : After completed the heat sealing for container and cover, the operator put this battery on the working table of this machine; then put the aluminum foil on the vent and push the switch, the machine will be automatically pressing, heating and sealing the aluminum foil on the vent.
Feature : This machine is suitable for all types of automotive battery. This machine is easy for operation and maintenance. Utilities Requirement : Electricity: 2.5KW, 1 or 3 phase, voltage and frequency to suit the customer’s specification.
