DESIGN FEATURES
# A motorized uncoiler has an eficient braking unit and feeding speed is controlled by the PLC program.# A rotary straightening head precisely straightens all rebar grades as well as the new 3 -grade steel of cold rolled ribbed steel bar.# The flying shear operated via air clutch is extremely quick.# A collections and stacking device including an aligning device to keep bundles ends even.# A PLC Control with operator friendly programming is housed in a rugged steel cabinet.
EFFICIENT STRAIGHT BAR PRODUCTION
# The GT Series may be the fastest in the world with an Straightening & Cutting Speed of 130m/m.# The precise rotary straightener is accurate to +/- 2mm/m. Both rebar and standard round bar can be processed.# Short bars as small as 0.8m can be processed trouble free.# Collection and stacking is optimized and permit continuous operation.# An operator friendly PLC based control is easy to program and can be operating with a remote control.# Installation supervision and operator training as well as ongoing service are provided by factory trained technicians.
