protect ion isa requirement .
Thefireproof coupling is a GRIP-F with a fire protection
cover.In the event of fire, the intumescent fire protection coating expands,
protectivelyenclosing the coupling. During this process, the coupling retains its full
operationalcapability – without any limitations whatsoever.
Despitethe fire protection, the GRIP-FIRE-FENCE can be installed in a space saving
manner.It has a high level of crush resistance, and thanks to the patented
designis still remarkably light weight. The GRIP-FIRE-FENCE is an impressive
andinnovative design yet has all the trademarks and properties of traditionalclassic
GRIPcouplings.
Weare extremely proud of the fact that our FIRE-FENCE coupling has achieved
worldwidecertification by the following IACS members according to IACS URP 2 and
ISO19921.
