Descriptions:
1.Depanelization type:upper component side(circular blade),bottom solder side(linear blade).
2.Depanelization for small and large PCB with pre-scored V groove.
3.Depaneling pre-scored V groove PCB assembly without stress on either PCB or component.
4.Depaneling speed is controlled by hand and very easy operation.
5.Large stainless steel platform on both side of cutting blade prevents PCB shaking and the table height and angle could be adjustable.
6.The PCB is placed with its pre-scored V groove onto the linear blade and the circular blade is then drawn by hand across the PCB.
7.Clearance between circular and linear blades are adjustable to fit different groove depth and compensates for blade wear out.It is to ensure that the PCB is only depaneled in the pre-scored V groove.
