This combination of a printed surface value added process production line contains functions of offset cold foil stamping, hologram images transferring, UV coating and UV single printing.
Main features of cold foil stamping are as below:
1. After print carrier printed by the offset printing unit,it's easy to achieve metal decoration as fine lines, small text and halftone pattern successfully.
2. This technology eliminates high cost and those tedious and annoying processes of making hot stamping plate and flexo cold foil plate. You can make plate conveniently and at a low cost if you are a printing and packaging enterprise.
3. From the designing of this unique machine, the space between two adjacent printed sheets is a minimum. Thus, the spoilage of the cold foil is to be kept minimum.
4. This production line can be applied into any process of raw materials before printing to get a special printing effect or to get a metallic surface effect in the after-print process. Diversity and flexibility of this machine is perfectly compatible for the current printing press.
