The liquid filling capper is developed by our company according to the developing requirements of the adhesive industry and is specially designed for the producers, which use the plastic bottles as the packing materials. This YGX filling and capping machinecarries out a serial movement the 16-work station and it finishes all the set functions during the movement including bottle uploading (manual/automatic), filling, cap toping (manual/ automatic), cap-spire and bottle downloading.
Work process:
This machine uses the self-suction to suck the materials and fill. At the same time, bottle uploading is carried out by the electromagnetic vibrating disk. The special motor spiral cap will ensure the cap is firm and reliable. This machine uses the stepless speed regulation and photoelectric control to make sure the filling only carries out when there are bottles. It is often used in the filling and cap-spire of the common liquid and instant glue.
