Description:
WEIER series wood-plastic board production line, using main material: PVC+ wood powder.
This product is suitable for construction template, cabinet plate, windowsill, skirting board, and other wpc plates.
This production line adopts our unique and original developed wpc technique and formula. We can design different product formula and parameters as per different application.
Applications:
1.mainly used for construction template and furniture instead of PVC foam board.
2. Plastic-wood compounded finished product is a new type of ideal environment friendly material, which is made from PVC resin, polyolefin plastic and cellulose (straw, cotton stalk, wooden power, rice chaff, etc) with special procession and treatment.
3. It has such advantages as rot prevention, non-deformation, non-shading, pest resistant, fire-proof, split proof, etc.
4. It can be processed by a sawing machine or a planning machine.
5. It not only has natural properties of wood, but also has many colors for you to choose as per your demand.

This unit adopts special designed SJSZ-80 conical twin screw extruder, imported world famous brand temperature controller, has the advantages of large speed regulating scope, accurate temperature control, easy and reliable operation. The auxiliary units consist of vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutting machine and stacker, etc. It is equipped with large forced cooling device to ensure good foamed result. The caterpillar type haul-off adopts précised reduction and frequency inverter, features reasonable structure; large hauling force and stable haul off. The cutting machine has the characteristics of reliable and precise working, accurate cutting, etc. The stacker is matched with movable trolley and special designed rubber protection shield, has the advantages of damage free to the product, easy and convenient operation, etc. The auxiliary units are able to use the PLC control, which is stable and reliable.
