Characteristics of PE Mine Pipe:
1. Light, long service life, easy construction. The weight of PE Mine Pipe is only 1/7 of steel pipe, 1/2 of glass steel pipe, but its life is 4~5 times as long as steel pipe. Easy transportation and installation, it can especially reduce the intensity of labor and increase the efficiency underground.
2. Strong corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of our PE Mine Pipe is pretty strong, no need to do any antiseptic treatment, which can save some relevant expenses. Its comprehensive economic efficiency is 5~6 times as much as steel pipe, esp. suitable for transporting strong sulfur water underground.
3. Fine finish of the pipe inner wall, small fluid resistance, strong anti-scaling ability. Transporting the water containing calcium ions or magnesium ions is not only difficult to foul, but saves a lot of scale removal expenses. Smooth inner wall, the roughness is 2/5 of steel pipe, small transporting resistance; therefore, the transportation ability can be enhanced 30% under the same condition.
4. Good watertightness and environment-friendly, great joint of pipes, easy construction, its raw material is PE resin, great sanitation, no pollution, harmless, not poisonous.
5. Large strength, shockproof, great mechanical property. Good ageing resistance, not easy to be embrittled, ductile, can absorb impact energy, good anti-fast break ability, the elongation at break could reach 200%, small influence of terrain subsidence for underground installation.
6. Flame resistance, anti-static electricity. The elements for flame resistance, anti-static electricity are distributed evenly, therefore, no influence on flame-resistant and anti-static electricity ability for long time using, the two properties conform to the national standards, suitable for the inflammable and explosive particular places underground.
