HGMPTH-S 15&20bbl brew-house is designed to be heated with steam. It is a three vessels brew-house with

15 & 20 bbl Mash & Wort Kettle, 15 & 20 BBL Mash & Lauter Tun and 15 & 20bbl Whirlpool.

It fits many style of beer. The system has advantages of high efficiency , easy operation and easy cleaning.

Currently capacity is 15bbl, 20bbl per brew. 30 & 40 & 50 BBL brew-house for optional.

The system is composed of:

Main vessels:

15 & 20 bbl Mash & Lauter Tun

(Spent grains cutting and removing machine, bottom churn-dasher)

15 & 20 bbl Mash & Wort Kettle

(Internal wort boiler for boiling, dimple steam jacket for mashing, bottom churn-dasher )

15 & 20bbl Whirlpool.

Main features:

All vessels fabricated from high grade type 304 stainless steel.
All vessels finished in highly polished stainless steel, all inner surface pickled and passivated completely.
All brew-house vessel, pump plumbing and pumps included and pre-configured.
Quality sanitary stainless steel open impeller pumps.
All wort lines utilize stainless steel butterfly valves.
15 & 20 bbl Mash & Lauter Tun has spent grains cutting and removing machine, bottom churn-dasher
15 & 20 bbl Mash & Wort Kettle has internal wort boiler for boiling, dimple steam jacket for mashing, also with bottom churn-dasher.
The specially designed low voltage control panel is mounted on the rear rail of the platform and offers an instant status of all brewery functions.
Wedge wire or milled lauter plate has 0.65mm gaps and 13% open area for efficient filtrating and easy cleaning
Upper surface of the lauter plate is in the same plane level of upper surface of manhole, that is easy for discharge the waste grain kettle/whirlpool tun /mash/lauter
