The barreled water packing production line by completely automatic linear system is suitable for five gallons-barreled water package. The line contains automatic barrel conveyor, barrel cover removed machine, internal & external scrubbing machine, barrel rinsing-filling-capping combination machine, lamp inspection, shrinking and sealing machine and so on. Combination machine is consisted of following main equipment: automatic barrel rinsing machine, filling machine and sealing machine, also equipped with the system of automatically barrel feeding system, automatically overturn to up barrel, automatically overturn to drop the barrel and barrel come out automatically.
The system is designed with mechanism and electricity all in one, equipped with imported PLC programmable controlling to realize logic controlling and equipped with imported pneumatic component to carry on automatic control. All equipment of production line is adopted SS 304 included facility frame, pipes, valves, chains, chain wheels, pumps. This production line is researched and made by HGM by importing advanced technology and referring water enterprise's actual situation. It is the most advanced producing line in newest generation of completely automatic barreled water packing equipment at present. The most advantage of this machine is of externality beauty, cleaning convenience, filling ration nicety, Sealing ratio high and so on.
