1. How do I order and what service can I expect from you?
Pls send us your enquiry by an email let us know your demand and we can help you finish any purchasing task on home textile items.
2. Do I need to come to your factory to order?
You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.But we can also do everything through email, phone and post if you don't have travelling plan.
3. Can I order samples first before placing the bulk order?
Yes, we understand that customers want samples first, and then need a sales period to collect orders from their customers. This is not a problem. You are welcome to order samples first.
However ,we will ask for a small amount of deposit in case the investment on new sampling as per your specification request is not a small one.But this deposit will be reimbursed when bulk order fixed
4. Do you give free samples?
Yes, samples are free when ordering in bulk. We ask for a deposit for the samples but this deposit will be reimbursed to you when you place your main order.
On occasion,when we have stock of fabric or finished products, the 1st counter samples is free.
5. What is the lead time for samples?
If we're not in busy season, you order samples will be shipped to you 5-10days.
6. What is the lead time for delivery?
In general we're able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 45-60 days since order of confirmation fixed.
7. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes, and you have two options:
1) Send your label design to us and we make them for you.
2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the clothes (free of charge).
8.Can you arrange sales package according to our request?
Yes. You are welcome to give us your instruction about detailed package.We are able to handle orders for shops with sales package.
9. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 1000 pieces per color.
For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We'd check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find a possible solution.. Pls contact us for detail.
10. Which textiles/fabrics can you work with?
Knitting and woven fabric are both OK. It's your choice and we could advice you if you wish for. We're able to source and work with most kinds of materials.
11. How many different colors can I order?
You can order colors you like of every design in Pantone color.
Different materials has different request on color dying or printing.Pls contact us for details.

13.How to make an order?
1) Sample approval.
2) Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
3) Client approve our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary.
4) FRI.
5) Arrange shipment.
6) Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents.
7) Client effects balance payment.
8) Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods.
9) Quality warranty for 60days after shipment .
