1. DIN 1.2083/AISI 420/S136/GB3 4Cr13 Plastic mould steel , round bar
2. Delivery : forged condition, annealing or Pre-harden , black or machined surface
3.Hardness: ≤229HBS or 32~36HRC
4. smelting process:
Forged technology: EAF+LF+VD+ESR+Forging +Q T + Machined surface
5.hot treatment quench:1020-1050°C,oil cooling or quenching liquid colling,hardnessHRC≥45
backfire:temperture(°C): 100 200 300 400 500 600

5.Production leadtime: 7~10 days
