Features

* Welded frame with high-rigidity steel, which could ensure punching precision and long life of die equipment.
* The slide adopt long square guide rails, which move smoothly and can resist lateral force effectively, suitable for drawing process.
* Slide with six guide rails travel smoothly, and resist lateral force effectively, which suitable for drawing process.
* The feeding system adopts servo or mechanical cam device (Awarded national patents)
* Introduce flexible gripping feeding structure with unique torque protecting device. (Awarded national patents)
* Combined spring and polyurethane material ejection structure, stable and reliable. (Awarded national patents)
* With mandatory lubrication pump, which could effectively prevent die temperature rise, also equipped with magnetic separation device could effectively remove iron powders.
* Cutting device can make waste materials recycling effectively, conveniently and quickly.
* Integrated Electrical system and automatically controlled, at each station equipped with signal inspection device ensure safety and reliability.
* Mechanical swing feeding devices are optional, with which could realize double row feeding.
