Description:
We understand the company need for economic production, in order to survive in these competitive environments. Sanding is important in lots of industry. Some production does not require high level sanding. Just enough but cost less in the production’s consuming material are most wanted under this environment. We keep all aspect in mind and develop an entry level product wide belt sanding - WEEM 1126 wide belts. It is built with fast cut silicon carbide gain, resin over resin, close coated on durable, and heavy duty y weight waterproof polyester backing, still at a low cost.
Silicon carbide is a very hard and crystal structure produces a fine straight edged grind lines. It is superior for its ability to penetrate with light cutting pressures. SiC is primarily used for grinding nonferrous materials such as brass, copper, bronze, and wood, glass, rubber and plastics. It is also used to finish polyurethanes, primers, lacquers and sealers.
A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch and results in higher stock removal rate and longer time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish.
One of the wide belt\'s weak points is the joint. Compare to the tough polyester backing, jointing place have only a tape and glue on backing to hold it together. Wrong doing the joint or poor glue will causing belt broken while working. We using 3M strong bi-direction tape splice, and Bayer adhesive on the joint to optimum the jointing force.
