Description:Usage: referred to the domestic and foreign similar outstanding types' merits, this high performance high speed rotogravure press machine is developed mainly for continuously multicolor printing on rolled fine printing performance materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, NY, and paper. It has the units as axis-less pneumatic top plate, pre-register device, seven electrical motors, and tensile control system to use imported PLC to carry on the logical control and protection. This machine has the characteristics such as the reasonable press structure, easy to operate, high speed printing, high precision registration, and less material consumption. The imported well-known brand components used in control system and the important parts in this press guarantee high reliability and stability of this machine. Capability characteristic: 1) Closed loop control of four units tension: the unwind control by magnetic powder brake and pressure transmitter, the rewind control by moment motor and pressure transmitter, the outfeeding and infeeding control by dancer and AC vector motors 2) The parameter setups and the tensile demonstration in the four sections of tensile on the machine are carried on by two men-machine contact surfaces in the front or the back 3) The touching screen shows running status in various operating points, and precisely demonstrates machine running rate and printing length 4) The printing roller uses the non-axis pneumatic top device for convenient replacement and the accurate localization 5) The rewind and unwind unit uses double independently-turns-over structure, the high speed and non-stop automatic connecting printing material which reduces material waste when recharges 6) The printing ink is automatic circulated and pneumatic pressurizes the ink scrape, the pressure can be adjustable 7) The automatic constant temperature control system in used for the film drying. It has such devices as the internal recycling drying case, the waste gas discharger, hot air recycling unit and so on 8) The water cooling roller is equipped in the outlet of drying case for cooling and reducing the stretch phenomenon on the material 9) The domestically produced new automatic color printing control system and the static picture supervisory system is used 10) The color printing scan can carry on the high speed track, which has the extremely high resolution precision and the anti-jamming ability for transparent or non-transparent printing. It also has the functions of deviation indication, system deviation revision and warning for the ultra deviation 11) The print color numbers can be added or reduced, and the mechanism for printing back side of paper can be added based on the customer requirement 12) According to the customer request we can use steam or the heating oil to heat up in the drying apparatus Technical data: Print material: plastic film, paper Print width: 850mm, 1,050mm, 1,250mm Mechanical speed: 180m/min Unwind, rewind web diameter: Φ600, Φ800mm Plate cylinder diameter: Φ120 - 300mm
