Capability characteristics: 1) Main controlling system: the main controlling system adopts Panasoic programmable controller and color LCD as the interface for users to exchange information with the PC, thus making the parameter setup quick and clear 2) Unwinding and rewinding unit: the winding unit adopts alternating current vector controlling system as the rolling power, to control simultaneously with the host and keep a certain sliding rate. The winding unit uses two tension pneumatic sliding different gears to achieve automatic controlling, unwinder with shaftless pneumatic cylinder-fit and auto go up /down rolls 3) Photoelectric correct an error: import 4) Main driving unit: the main driving unit adopts the vector frequency conversion system as the actiyator to lead the roller to use the pneumatic device 5) Meter calculating, setting up and real-time displaying of the speed, unwinding and winding tension, automatic calculating and displaying of the winding roll diameters; and setting up of the automatic decelerating and stop according to the parameters.
