Composing:

It is a kind of two component protective primer that is made from hydroxy polyester resin, modified resin, rustproof pigment, shield fillers, organic solvent, etc. with H3160 hardener (polyisocyanate) according to the proportion of 4:1.

Characteristics:

H3060# fill intermediate primer (2K) can dry at normal temperature, also can baking dry at hot up. It has very good filling performance at all kind of substrate, like primer-putty coating. It is availably to improve adhesive force of finish paint and primer. And can filling and repair the loose of the previous sanded coating (e.g.: cone-shaped cavity, crackle etc), can distinct advance compactness of coating. Easy sanding, glossiness is high after sanding (can reach 40~60%). Availably prevent to filter out the resin of finish paint, reduce the dosage of finish paint.

Field of Application:

It special fit to as the second primer of all kind of vehicle, other metal surface and nonmetal surface. Can fit to as intermediate primer of bus and farm truck production, and can fit to as repair intermediate primer of car. Especial fit to as intermediate fill primer of worse iron plate of bus, farm truck, truck etc.
