HONGDA concrete mixer truck seriesis developed by HONGDA people after absorbing technology advantages in home and abroad. It is mainly used for carrying concrete in long distance. It can delay concrete coagulation, avoid concrete stratification and eduction ensure the normal field work. we can match agitator with the chassis according to users requests. About agitator driving system, we used closed circuit hydraulic system : pump,motor reducor and some accessories such as oil tanker, radiator, filter, hose connector are from world famous brand to ensure hydraulic system operating life. The agitator body and vanes are made with BAOGANG B520JJ steel plate which has great hard wearing quality. Easy wearing position feed hopper and discharge chute sticks with hard wearing steel plate. All these measures make the product have long operating life. In the agitator, there are many mixing arms. At the same, there are square , rond holes on the vane to achieve tri-axial mixing , low surplus rate and avoid occur of concrete enducation . The discharge chute is active and the discharge operation can be made in different direction .With blasting machine , baking finish workmanship, the truck has characteristics such as elegant appearance, reliable and easy operation, low surplus rate, long life ,etc.
