The die head adopts the technology of two-extruder three-layer coextrusion to ensure short retention time of flow channel discharging and uniform distribution of rapid melts. Mixed layer will never appear. The performance is convincing. 3. The equipped film measuring system of advanced international standard can effectively control the preciseness of the film and thus minimize to the greatest extent the longitudinal and transverse discrepancy of film. 4. High performance computer network circuit control system which ensures that every controlling precision is in a leading position in the industry. The computer system includes: Auto production control function Data and file memory function Breakdown alarm and fixing function Production material/ accessories POF 3-layer coextrusion heat shrink film makes use of LLDPE, mLLDPE and PP such as co-poly, equal-poly, binary and ternary coextrusion resin as its main material in addition with necessary tear agent and smoothing agent.
