Heat seal adhesive film
Main feature:
1. Not Sensitive to temperature:
The raw material is the nylon single-body crystalline compound, not mixture, with soften point about 100 degree, melting point about 115 degree. Due to insensitive, it is more suitable to be transportated during the variational weather, and also won’t be soften or fell at the temperature (less than 90 degree). In addition, it can be resistant cold weather, without becoming fragile and being stable to adhere.
2. Melting point is moderate:
The melting point is about 115 degree, so it is suitable to be use in operation at common condition. But you’d better choose the cloth as whole cotton or mixed cloth which are suitable to heat and press at moderate temperature (during 100-180degree), while not suitable to other cloth which can’t stand moderate temperature, such as PVC, PU, nylon, chemical fur and so on. So pay attention to the material that can’t stand medium heating.
3. Good to adhere:
Made of cotton, mixed cloth and other cloth made in hot-resistant materials, is good to adhere. In the test of the strength to adhere of cloth with 1KG pull-machine, it reaches the international standard of cloth of width in 1CM if the pull-resist strength is more than 3KG when any pattern adheres to cloth. If the cloth and temperature are suitable, the adhere strength of our nylon hot melt adhesive film are all more than 6KG. And other adhesive films made in such as EVA, POLYESTER, PU and so on can’t be compared with nylon hot melt adhesive film, except using with some special materials, for example to adhere to electric embroidered patterns.
4. Machine, temperature and method of processing:
There are many machines can be used to heat gum on the back of electric embroidered patterns such as electric iron, steam soup heated machine, hot idler wheel machine, supersound, high cycle and so on. But temperature and time when heated press is different because of different mechanical pressure, performance, area to electric embroider, thickness of two layer of cloth which adhere to each other, working temperature and so on. As in Guangdong provience, to standard pressure heated machine, the temperature in early stage is about 120 degree when heated print patterns, and the time to heated press is 2-3 seconds, but in winter, as the temperature is rather low, so the heat goes off quickly, so you’d better turn the temperature on about 5 degree, or heated press another 1-2 seconds.
