Product use:
This machine is mainly used to dry after NC printing, it is the newest product which imitated from GERMAN Thies. It has low noise, small recycle air-speed to dry. It can save energy, the fiber after drying can get perfect hand-feel, and without staining.
The process flow
Net-belt infrared correction → front head stock → 1st drying oven 70℃ → 2nd drying oven 80℃ → 3rd drying oven 90℃(after you setting the temperature, the machine can auto-control the temperature, the recycle fan AC adjustment.) → rear head stock to outlet → yardstick inspecting and winding machine is cared by users. → finishing product
mechanical structure
Front head are welded by12# channel steel and 8mm steel plate
Correcting: supported by Φ50mm guide net tube, 2 end are mounted by bearing and bearing seat.
Chamber: frame is welded by 8# channel steel.
Door: edge bended and welded by 1.2 cold forming steel plate, insulation layer are made by asbestos fiber, door sealing are made by silicon rubber, hinge connect together.
Temperature controlled valve: automatic temperature controlled valve, or silicon control temperature(electrical heating)
Frequency convertor: brand WoLu
Circulation fan unit: use axial-flow type circulation fan, fan blade are casted by Al alloy, and both dynamic and static balance are adjustment, motor’s brand is WanNan
Radiator: made by Φ25×2 seamless steel tube and 0.5mm Al belt. Good performance.
Net belt: use glass fiber high temperature net belt, surface coated by Teflon material, not staining ink
Cabinet: use 1.2mm cold draw steel plate, L×W×H:400×550×1100mm
Electrical element: Brand Chint, power wire, cable, channel is free.
Painting material: use green painting or other color appointed by customer.
Out dimensions: L×W×H:7580×3000×1600mm
Remark: electrical heating or steam heating chosen by customer, for electrical heating: speed 1-2m/min, start first chamber; speed 3.4m/min, start first and second chambers; speed over 4m/min, start all chambers.
