Specially used for dyeing zippers, straps and lace with coil or tube winding.

Max. working pressure: 0.4Mpa
Bath ratio: 1:7-1:9
Method of heat exchanger: applying coiled heat exchanger or extern
Speed of heat exchanger: when vapor pressure is 0.5Mpa, and dye liquor rises from 20℃ to 130℃, it requires 40 mins for the dye liquor to decrease from 130℃ to 80℃.
Method of dye liquor circulation: equipped with reversing flow adjusting device, with cylinders adjusting both forward and reversing circulation of dye liquor.
