Description:

1. Hydraulic entry coil car

◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.

◆It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.

◆The level movement is driven by cycloid motor .

◆The capacity it can carry is 10 Tons(MAX).

2. Hydraulic cantilever un-coiler

◆Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling.

◆It can expand and shrink with hydraulic oil cylinder and fit with the inner hole of the steel coils and is equipped with supporting stand.

◆Moment motor drives the coils running and the motor can run right and left to prevent the coils running by inertia.

◆The capacity it can carry is 10 Tons(MAX).

3. Hydraulic pinch and press and straightening machine

◆This is composed of bottom-stand(frame), hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, coil opener, hydraulic shovel head device, hydraulic pinch and preliminary flattening device, power device, etc

◆The gap between rollers can be adjusted manually to make sure the leveling quality.

4. Hydraulic cutting machine

◆It is used to make the plates easy to the next process by cutting the head even.

◆Adopt double structures, a pressure loading device, can cut the 4X1250steel plates.

5. Slitting machine

◆Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator, 30KW direct current motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, side guide device, etc.

◆Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot (φ180mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, separating cover, rubber band and 10 blades with the machine

◆It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.

6. Scrap winder

◆It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and moment motor.

◆It is used to pack and wind the slitting scrap strips.

7. Tension device

◆It consist of base, pre-dividing shaft, bracket, press shaft, hydraulic damp device and hydraulic shaft lifting the press down device.

8. Hydraulic recoiler

◆It consist of base, bearing frame, recoiler shaft, the expansion device of hydraulic recoiling, the expanded recoiling plate, movable arm bearing, supporting decelerator, 55KW frequency conversion control motor.

◆It uses the hydraulic movable arm with the supporting spacers to ensure the even recoiling quality.

9. Hydraulic exit coil car

◆The car can carry the dividing coils and lift up and down and is movable.

10. Electric control system: electric cabinet and operate table.

11. Hydraulic system: the hydraulic stand, pipes and the connect part.
