The machine has the heating means with liquefied gas combustion system. When heating thermoplastic paint, the speed of mixing blade is even. The kettle is all around enclosed with heat retaining cotton so that the inner of the kneader has the character of good heat retaining.
Hydraulic double cylinder thermoplastic kettle produced by our company consists of the dynamic transmission system,kneader body,kneader assembly,stirring device,feed gate,draining gate, gas combustion system and etc. The machine is reasonable in structure and its performance is better than the domestic similar products. Its operating system is centralized and easy to be mastered with infinite speed variation of stirring. The two kneaders may operate independently with a smooth transmission,low noise and high thermal efficiency which can supply thermoplastic paint required by normal operation of two hand push thermoplastic marking machines. It is ideal equipment for thermoplastic paint heating and melting with good double-layer insulating property and even speed of stirring.
The Machine is double cylinder thermoplastic kettle with large volume of mixing kneader. A single cylinder thermoplastic kneader may be made as required.
