Description:1. MD 515A edge banding machine The product absorbs the advantages of foreign and domestic manual edge banding machines. Combining years of experience on manufacturing woodworking machinery, the product makes structural readjustment basing on MD515 edge banding machine, for example, edge sealing length is controlled with counter; booster heater is added in glue-fusing part; glue solution flows from top to bottom from screw pair. So characterized by reasonable structure and convenient operation, it applies to the edge sealing of furniture with various forms. Please read the specification in detail before using the machine. Structural features: 1. The machine adopts 250W motor and is equipped with worm gear speed reducer and regulative belt pulley. With three grades of speeds, low speed is 9m /minute, medium speed is 12m /minute and high speed is 18m /minute. 2. Lengths of curve and straight line are initialized with counter and correctly counted by coder. 3. Heating of glue-fusing device is composed of two parts. Main heater takes charge of boiling colloidal particles in gluepot, auxiliary heater takes charge of preserve the heat of glue to ensure the better fluidity of glue in the process of transferring and pasting and then make edge sealing tape, batten or PVC strip stuck more evenly and firmly. Technical parameters: Installation and adjustment: When machine tool lifting and unloading, safety should be concerned and centre of gravity should keep stable. Besides, machine tool is not suitable to be too high from floor. 2. SDM-F50 two sides smearing glue bent and straight trimming border machine Simultaneous smearing for both enveloping belts and materials Frequency-conversion control, free speed accommodation. Straight, profile or arc trimming electronic time and processing control accurate length for belts feeding and cutting.
