Processing Service / Cost:
As we have slitting and cutting equipments, we can supply any sizes of sheets,
the slitting cost is about $12 per ton, and the cutting cost is about 15$ per ton.
As we have polishing machine, ba both sides polished BA is available,
No.4 straight lines finish is available.
No.4 finish, Matt finish, Hairline finish for 201 Stainless steel coil / sheet
No.4 finish cost, Matt finish cost, Hairline finish cost is $0.6 / square meter, e.g, $150 / ton for 0.5mm thickness 201 stainless steel coils / sheets.
8K mirroir finish is also available, the 8K finish cost is $0.8 / square meter, e.g $180 / ton for 0.5mm thickness 201 stainless steel coil / sheet.
The cost is different for different surface requirements.
For cold rolled stainless steel sheet, we also supply the above surfaces / finishes.
Packing:
We pack sheets in professioanl way :
to cover the sheets with 30 micro pvc, or even 50 micro pvc, or put paper between sheets accorrding to customers's requirements.
Sheets are packed in wooden boxes / wooden pallet, or even packed in steel boxes according to special request.
Each package weight is about generally about 2-3 tons for sheets.
the weight is always the net weight in all docs, never gross weight.
And the net weight tolerance is always controlled in less than 0.2%. e.g, 25,000kgs per contianer, the weight difference is about 50kgs minus or plus.
Meanwhile, we are the agent to sale cold rolled stainless steel coils for ISCO, BAOSTEEL, JISCO, ZPSS, Krupp, Lianzhong SS.
