Description:Outline: The HPA-40 PVC foaming regulator developed by our company is actually acrylic processing aids and has all characteristics of acrylic processing aids. The only difference between them is the molecular weight of foaming regulator HPA-40 is much more higher than that of processing aids. Mechanism of foaming regulating: There are three purposes for filling the foaming regulator into PVC forming products, the first one is to promote the fusion of PVC; the second one is to increase the melting strength of PVC Melting body so as to prevent from bubble amalgamation for obtaining even foaming products; the third one is to ensure perfect fluidity of PVC blend for obtaining good appearance of the products. Because of the difference of products, equipments of processing, raw materials and lubricanting system, we developed several types of foaming regulator to satisfy the different customers' requirements, HPA-40 is one of our PVC foaming agents. Technical specifications: 1) Appearance: white powder 2) Sieve residue (0.45mm) (%): ≤1.0 3) Volatile contents (%): ≤1.3 4) Apparent bulk density (g/cm3): 0.38-0.45 5) Intrinsic viscosity (η): 6.9±0.2 Applications: 1. Principle for foaming regulator selection: PVC with different polymerization degree, such as S-700, S-800, S-1000, has different viscosity and fluidity, we should select the type of foaming regulator based on this so as to get the viscosity required 1) The fusion speed should be proper 2) The melt strength must be enough higher 3) The melt flow must be good 4) Different products, such foaming plate, thick foaming plate, thin foaming plate, wood-plastic foaming plate, steel-plastic foaming plate, require different processing conditions, so we should select proper foaming regulator according to the features of them to meet the processing requirements 5) Keep balance of internal and external lubricants Packing: 20kg per PP woven bags with PE inner Foreign equivalent grade: Japan KANEKA Corp. PA-40 Storage: keep away from hot sunshine and raining; place shade and dry site
