Description:Outline: HL-K355 is a new type acrylic impact modifier which was developed by our R&D center. It is acrylate copolymers and has an core-shell structure, the core is an high-molecular weight acrylic polymer, can improve the impact strength of PVC products, and the shell is methacrylic polymer, can blend with PVC resin, so ACR impact modifier HL-K355 can not only improve the impact strength of PVC products, but improve the surface-gloss of PVC products without damaging its inherent property. Advantage characters: 1) Super-strength impact resistant property 2) Excellent weatherability 3) Excellent processability 4) Ensuring the stability of size of the finished products 5) Widening processing range Technical specifications: 1) Appearance: white powder 2) Sieve residue (0.45mm) (%): ≤2.0 3) Volatile contents (%): ≤1.0 4) Bulk density (g/cm3): 0.38-0.5 5) Izod impact strength (kJ/m, 20°C): 26.3 (condition: keep 0°C for 24 hour) 6) Tensile strength (MPa): 46.1 (condition: keep 18°C for 24 hour) 7) Vicat softening point (condition: 4.9kg load) (°C): 84.9 Remarks: 1. Basic formulations: PVC 100 Phr, calcium carbonate 5 Phr, calcium stearate 0.7 Phr, lead stearate 1.0 Phr, basic lead phosphate 2.5 Phr, stearate acid 0.2 Phr, titanium dioxide 4 Phr, PE wax 0.15 Phr, ACR impact modifier 8 Phr 2. Testing conditions: mixing roll 187°C x 6 min. Function and usage: It can be widely used in PVC products such as PVC pipe, PVC profile, PVC fitting, PVC board and PVC sheet. Its main function is to enhance impact strength and surface shine of PVC products.
