Mixing materials - extrusion - curing and foam - cutting (other further processing)

Internal mixer (kneader), open mixer, extruder, foam oven, printing system, cutter,etc.

Q1: Do you provide formula (recipe) and technology?
A1: We provide formula and technology. We can adjust the formula to meet requirements of customer and local market.
Q2: Will you do trial production in your factory?
A2: We will do trial production in our company. After get customer’s acceptance, the machinery just can be delivered.
Q3: What about installation, commissioning and training?
A3: After we get notice from customer, we will send worker and technician to customer’s factory to install machinery, run the production line and do trial production, meanwhile, train worker and technician to operate the machinery and master the formula and technology.
Q4: Is there guarantee period?
A4: guarantee period: 12 months. It begins from successful installation and commissioning in customer’s factory.
Q5: how long will the machinery be finished?
A5: according to the machine size, it will be finished within 60-120 days.
Q6: what kind service will you provide?
A6: pre-sale investment planning, sale support, after sale services and long term technical support.
Q7: what kind of package will be used when delivery?
A7: water-proof plastic film and sandwich plate.
Q8: how many lines/strands of pipes can be produce?
A8: our machine can produce 1-12 pipes per time.
Q9: how can we get the materials?
A9: we will provide specification, brands and suppliers of materials. Or we can provide mixed materials.
