Working principleThis product has many kinds of design proposals. The general design is to design and install a set of wind-force kinetic energy unit to realize the independent negative pressure output. The installation and design of the wind-force kinetic energy machine begins from the production of the chassis; That is to say, there is improvement in design for the structure of the running gear transmission during production of the chassis to make the function of the equipment more directional. Then the pneumatic power will be controlled with the designed control valve and pipeline so as to suction the material into the tank body automatically and effectively according to the requirement. The pneumatic material suction equipment is a special heavy duty pneumatic power machine produced utilizing German and Japanese technology. It takes off power with the transmission directly. The effect of the pipeline is also independent which increases the reliable controllability. The filter system can be configured with different system according to the user’s operational purpose. The structure of the tank body is also subject to special design according to the requirement of the negative pressure which avoids the damage due to excessive negative pressure of the tank body and guarantees the safe in use and long-time reliability of the equipment.
