Founded in 2005, Jiangsu Bosheng Steel Poles Co. Ltd (JSBS) specializes in manufacturing various steel structures. We manufacture a variety of products like Transmission Poles and Substation Structures for the power transmission industry; high masts and street lighting poles for illumination, which are widely used in expressways, airports, ports and docks, depots, parking lots and stadiums; tower poles for funicular railways; Telcommunication poles for the telecommunication industry; Traffic Poles & Camera Poles & Sign Structures for transportation Industry and Advertising Industry.
Manufacturing, Test & Delivery
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicians to check the pole during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We use sack to pack the poles at the pole top and bottom, which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but it costs just a bit more than normal package. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
