Installation of the Water Pump

1. When the installation is carried out, first check the pump body and confirm that there is no sundries.

2. Place the machine group of the water pumps on the foundation, insert iron cushion between the foundation surface and bottom surface of the base and let the water pump reach the designed levelness and elevation by adjusting the thickness of the iron cushion; increase the stability of the water pump and provide convenience for the second grouting. Be noted that the iron cushion shall be placed at two sides of the foundation bolt, if only placed at one side of the bolt, one size bigger iron cushion shall be selected according the diameter of the foundation bolt. Inclined iron cushion shall be used in pairs.
