Manufacturing
Our factory owns advances production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.

2. Price term: EXW,FOB,CFR AND CIF.

The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor bolts.Please provide drawings if you have so that we can calculate the accurate price for you.

3. MOQ: One 40FT Container.
4. Payment Term: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
5. Delivery Time: 2 weeks per container after PO/drawing/prepayment confirmed.

6. Package: Normally wraped by plastical bags or burlap cloth at the top and bottom,or according to clients requirement.
