Q: when can I get the sample after make order?

A: if we have stock, we can provide in 2 days, if custom design, will provide with 10days after the design artwork confirm and settle payment!

Q: how to make sure we will get the good quality goods?

A: all step will have sampling inspection, and it will do a full QC after assembling the goods, before the packing.

Q: can i buy mix order?

A: yes, but each item need to reach its MOQ requirement.

Q: how to ship the goods?

A: use express for small quantity, and the sea shipment and air shipment are available too.

7 After sale service

Seller will warrants all the products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair.

Terms:

* Buyer need the check all the products when they received them, if any outer carton damage, please take the photo and claim against the carrier.

* Buyer should inform the seller in 1 weeks when found the defective products.

* Seller need to respond for nothing if the buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without inform the seller.

* Seller guarantee for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but buyer need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can’t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first)
