Flanged bushings are added a flange head based on common shaft bushings , flange heads can support bushings ,usually , flanged bushing with a hollow hole that provides a shaft bearing or axle bearing through it , flanged bushing reduce the friction between axle bearing with object .
For extending service of flanged bushings , bearings and bushings are to be applied lubricant before operation . even flanged bushings can prevent axle bearings from wearing , but they have to replaced by new ones when the wearing thickness to 0.1 to 0.3mm .
