Splitter Pneumatic controller controlls shots sending when shots being splitted and goes back to the impeller head, ensures uniform shots sending, avoiding too much shots stuck impeller head and burn the motor, or too less shots influence cleaning result. PLC electrical control system 5. Working principle Reducer drives the loading crane to load the work-piece hopper and sends the work-pieces into the cleaning room. The shots from impeller head blasts on the work-pieces in the cleaning room for cleaning and reinforcement. The shots and waste sands goes into the hoister and be sent to the splitter for separating. The splitted clean shots goes into the impeller head for work again. The waste sands goes out from waste pipe and for reuse. The dust sucked by blower to dust collector, filtering clean air out and dust to the dust collecting box which can be cleaned regularly. 6. Features Of LD1200 Rubber Belt Tumblast Automatic Shot Blasting Machine Working box crawler uses highly wear-resistant crawler belt, with strenthening steel wire layer inside. Lifespan is 3-5 times than normal crawler belt. Impeller head and working box guard plate use high chromium molybdenum alloy with 26.5- 28% chromium, shoting and wear resistant with high lifespan. Specially designed impeller head locating position and shotting angle reduces processing dead area maximumly, and saves cleaning time. 99% splitting rate by winnowing splitter. Pneumatic controller controls and ensures uniform shot flow, avoiding too many shots break the motor and too less shots influence cleaning result. Every import transmission parts have proximity switches to avoid further work when there is any fault. Pulse bag dust collector collecting bag and electro-magnetic pulse valve from Taiwan.
