G. Degresing, cleaning and film-inverting), repetitious coating and drying, and serial accurate digital position, Presenting the nature and beautiful of the Granite/Marble appearance. Together With the high quality polyethylene core, IDEABOND Wood Look Aluminum composite panel will have a solid eye-catching impression.
1. Constitution Structure:
· Top Coating Polyester/PVDF (AE-103)
· Aluminum skin
· Macromolecular lamination film
· Nontoxic polyethylene core or No-combustible filled core

2. Characteristic:
· Present original colors. No matter the granite/Marble or Wood Look pattern, there are referred from the natural material to reach the texture, and present the origial colors
· Various texture choices. It can replicate more than 800 kinds of marble textures and over 50 kinds of granite textures. With extending choices our products will present ample humanism style of lush culture intension.
· Durable coating. The thickness of coating are: Polyester coating 20~25 um, fluorine-carbonic coating 25~30 um, and surface varnish about 10um above the patterns which ensure the durable performance of the product
· Complete coating specifications. The aluminum-plate thickness maybe 0.08~0.98mm, with 18 general thickness for option, with the maximum width 1600mm.
