LaF 3, CeO 3 Ferro Silicon Magnesium With Break Arc Length Adding RE Materials
The processing properties (break arc length , spatter rate , deslag rate and relighting character etc) were improved apparently by adding several kinds of RE materials(LaF 3, CeO 3, FeSiMg8RE 9 and FeSiRE 21 etc)to the original component of the electrode flux cover.The RE content that can produce optimum processing properites of the electrode has been calculated by means of computers and optimizing design.
Applications:
Ferro Silicon Magnesium is lump in shape with metal luster .Silver appearance, compact structure, no slag. Mainly used in casting industry.
