Dewatering sieve for process plant facilities are supplied in a diverse range of innovative modular designs suitable for coal, ore, rock applications.
Application of sand dewatering sieve
Dewatering sieve mainly used in classification and dewatering for granule, such as coal slime and other tailings, Classifying dry and wet, dewatering, desliming on slender materials.
Working principle of dewatering sieve
Dewatering sieve is driven by the vibrator, which is connected with the motors, through two motors’reverse self-synchronous rotation, the screen machine reciprocates periodically in a linear path to dewater and classify. High strength bolts or ring grooved rivets are used to join the screen frame so that the screen machine is very firm and durable.
Features

3. Auto discharge gate available and facilitates impure and rough materials.
4. Suitable for fine or super fine screening, especially for the most difficult screened materials, and the screening accuracy can be up to 90-95%.
5.High granularity can solve some difficult problems, such as strong absorbability, being easily to reunite, high static electricity, high density, light proprtion and so on.
6. No jam for the screen net, no powders flying around and no liquid leaking out when running, fully sealed structure and environmentally friendly.
