1. Outline:
This machine is absorbing domestic and foreign similar equipment technology new design is made using a three-stage cooling process, the device uses the first paragraph of the product 85 ℃ hot water heat sterilization; second, and the third uses the cooling tower circulating water spray cooling; exit on the bottle using a water rinse to prevent the bottle appears stains.
Device is equipped with automatic water heating device, other automatic chlorination pump, fill water can be adjusted according to the amount of chlorine. Design into the bottle temperature is 85 ℃, the bottle temperature 40 ℃. Cooling temperature parameters: Product Center into the device when the temperature is 85 ℃, the device core temperature below 40 ℃.
