MAIN FEATURES of Flexo printing machine:

1. Electric machine clutch, enclosed with alarm bells. When the machine moves forward, alarmbells shall ring

continuously for coution, to ensure safety operation.

2. Paper is fed by combined chain manual system.

3. The plane electric inching device enables fast and accurate adjustment. 360 degree forwards and backwards

phase adjustment can be made whether the machine is operating or stopped.

4. When the machine is stopped, anilox roll will be raised from the printing plate surface automatically, so as to

advoid staining.

5. The automatically idle-running function of rubber roll can prevent from drying, when the operation is paused.

6. The printer is equipped with electronic counter, which control accurate quantity of printed cardboards.

7. Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gear, and to reduce noise, prolong the service life of the gears

andimprove accurate printing.

8. Pneumatic membrane pump is adopted to convey ink automatically.

9. Paper trimming and scoring device can be equipped as optional.
