No-pin wafer butterfly valve
Description
1, one of the outstanding feature of no-pin wafer / lug butterfly valve is that the disc adopted no-pin connection, rotate at the bottom, which makes the disc central position more precise and avoid leakage.
2, overall structure for stem, the contact surface of disc and seat is sphere, which reduced the torque sharply
3, high precision for disc, being shot blasted, cooperate with seat closely, which makes good sealing, there is no leakage between stem and disc.
Valve materials of construction
Body Materials: Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, WCB , Stainless Steel, Bronze
Seat Materials: NBR, EPDM,PTFE, VITON
Disc Materials: Ductile Iron, WCB, CF8,CF8M, Al-bronze C958 ( single stem & no-pin)
Stem Materials: SS416, SS304, SS316
