Description:
1. Barrel suspeniosn springs own special shape,the top and bottom outer diameter are smaller than the center outer diameter.
2. Barrel springs are more difficult to design than compression springs because the force they produce is not always linear. The force of a barrel spring stops being linear when the coils begin to telescope on the spring.
3. Powder coating can be done with many different colors as you require for your barrel susnpension springs.
4. Peen shooting is a must manufacturing process which can extend working life of barrel springs.
