We have developed ceramic seal face or ring in upto 99.5% alumina ceramic. 99.5% alumina ceramic is virtually inert to almost all organic and inorganic chemicals. They do not interact with, nor contaminate the fluid or the media. Chemical application have been well accepted by many mechanical seal manufacturers. They have passed the test in high concentrate acids and rough terrain application such as in slurry pumps etc. Ceramic seal face or ring are lapped and polished to achieve best accuracy,which is maintained by grinding on outer diameter, concentration,inner diameter, and surface to obtain 0.02 tolerance.They are widely used in spacecraft, machinery, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, foodstuff,pharmaceutical, auto industry and so on.
