Wuhan Green world Technology Co., Ltd came into being

      Black pollutants - waste rubber has attracted people's attention. Many developed countries have prohibited or restrict burning, landfills, etc methods to dispose waste tires and rubber products, instead, they use a variety of administrative and economic means to encourage the production of fine rubber powder. China has also actively promoted to produce fine rubber powder to utilize waste rubber and solve this environmental problem comprehensively. These stimulate the rapid development of fine rubber powder in worldwide. At present, there are three main approaches to handle scrap tires, as followings:

    (1) Room Temperature Crush Method: the granularity of the rubber powder is 10-40 mesh. The product granularity is big. It can only be used as filler for its mechanical physical properties affected by heat.

    (2) Low Temperature Crush Method: the granularity of the rubber powder is 50-120 mesh. The product is small in granularity, smooth in surface, worse in hold force, high in investment costs.

     (3) Ultra-Fine Powder Method: the granularity of the production can reach 200 mesh and more. The product is small in granularity, has good reinforcing effect in rubber compound, but low in output, high in costs, it is difficult to form industrial production scale.
     The project makes up inadequate of the three methods on the basis of summing up the two UFPM at room temperature project with annual handling capacity million tons during the period 1997-2001 in China, in detail, it can smash waste tires to 40-120 mesh with UFPM at room temperature without changing the rubber’s mechanical physical properties. Since 2001, Wuhan Green world Technology Co., Ltd had continued to study the technology and equipments of the project. In 2003, Wuhan Green world Technology Co., Ltd  finally invented the waste tire recycling product line technology with which the rubber powder average granularity can reach to 250 mesh, the absolute granularity accounting for 70% reaches to 200 mesh (currently we are actively seeking funds and encouraging entrepreneurs to invest in the environmental friendly,  high-tech full of prospects and high profits project),
