300m depth multi-function geothermal well drilling rig
TD-JDL300 is an efficient multi-function drilling rig. It is mainly used for water well, agriculture irrigation well and geothermal air-condinationer hole, especially suitable for water project in mountain area and rock area. Its efficiency is much higher than traditional rotary one and it solves the problem of DTH drilling hard in soil stratum and rotary drilling hard in rock, grait,gravel stratum. So this rig works perfect in every condition with both air and liquid circulation.
MAIN FEATURES:
1, Machanical and hydraulic transmission are both adopted to minimum power cost and economical cost.
2, It has several clockwise speed grade and speed ranges from 14-500r/min; output torque is 13428-250N.M
3, It has 2 grade of reverse speed grade to deal with accident.
4, We design the driven head into machanical one and add long-stroke speed-increasing device for it (3400mm stroke) to enhance efficiency and reduce accident.
5 We use double type oil pump to supply liquid, single one is used during drilling work and double ones are used during dropping pipe. So it can save time and reduce power cost.
6. Hydraulic leg is 1.5m high and can be moved into a truck by itself. Transportation is convenient.
7, Some interfaces in hydraulic system are leaved for client’s special purpose.
