1. High impactresistance

2. High wear resistance
In manypipe material, the minimum friction coefficient of ultra-high molecular weightpolyethylene and its has a long chain,make the wear resistance of UHMW-PE pipe during transportation of slurryis 4-7 times higher than steel pipe andstainless steel tube, about 10 times higher than PVC pipe and PE pipe, greatlyimprove the service life of the pipeline.
3. The corrosionresistance
Based onUHMW-PE is a saturated molecular structure, so it has high chemicalstability.In a certain temperature and the concentration range can resist allkinds of high corrosive medium (acid, alkali, salt )and organic solvents.
4. Do not knot dirt
The self-lubrication ,adhesion,minimalfriction coefficient of UHMW-PE.And pipe wall has corrosion resistance, wearresistance, not knot dirt by special process.So the flow resistance is small,can be keep flow velocity and flow rate for a long time.The diameter reduced by15.4% than steel pipe.
5. Weather resistanceand aging resistance
The blackmodified UHMW-PE pipe has good weather resistance and aging resistance.On theone hand,the unsaturated chain of themolecular chain rarely and largemolecular weight of the pipe;On the other hand, specially crafted improvermaking the UHMW-PE pipeline’s servicelife greatly more than the ordinary polyethylene pipes.Using about 60 years,UHMW-PE pipeline can remain more than 70% of the mechanical properties.
6. Wide optimumtemperature
Can be work from -269 ℃ to 80 ℃ for along time.
7. Fire resistance
Used for fireprotection in special industry, join the flame retardant and use specialprocessing craft to overcome the flammability of UHMW-PE itself.
8. Light weight, easyto install
This product has goodtoughness.It Can adapt to various geological conditions, can be directly bentlaid.The flange connection, without spacer block, fast and easy to connect.
