Description:Our company is engaged in all kinds of precious metal strips. As a special new type material, the base material is usually for brass or brass alloy which is embed or wrapped together with silver or silver alloy. Instead of whole precious metal, bimetal strip can save precious metal and lower electric parts cost. The product showed in picture is stamped Ag/Cu bimetal sheet. Customized drawings and specifications are welcomed. Brass is common used as base material while cladding material includes Ag, AgSNO2, AgCDO12, AgNi10 and AgMgNi. The cladding material of this product is AgMgNi; alloy smelting process is adopted in vacuum condition. Fabric is changed after high extrusion ratio processing that makes its metallographic feature high orientation selectivity and strong dispersivity. Features: 1) Its thermal stability and tempering resistance ability are much better than any other silver alloy and silver oxide compound 2) Contact performance (e.g. reliability, oxidation resistance, anti-melting ability) is better than other Ag alloys
