Coil spring forming machine

Feature
1. Wire feeding: Has four sets of feeding structure, increase the stroke, so that it can product the spring those diameter up to 4.2mm, to adapt to a wider range.
2. Servo Motor: this part is refinedly made of aluminum alloy, max speed is up to 3000 degrees per second (360 degrees in a circle as calculated) thus the rotation angle of the spindle less work without affecting the spindle speed. In addition to the core switch can be rotated so that space to complete some complex shapes, it can also be used to control the pitch of the spring, so the pitch can be done to simplify the transfer of digital control machine processes, thus reducing setup times.
