1 Touch Screen

2 UPS (uninterrupted power supply) Device
The UPS supplies a memory function for the machine to continue the knitting, which is stopped because of power failure, after the power is restored, it avoids the waste of yarn and time without any knitting problem.
3. Scissors and Nips
Scissors and clips are to snip off the yarn between pieces, thus reducing the waste of yarn and avoiding damages of products.
4 .Electric Control Cabinet
Advance design and technique are adopted on the electrical system. All the electrical equipments are placed in the cabinet to avoid reduce electromagnetic interface. The pivotal electrical components on the machine are purchased form world famous companies; others are from domestic or joint venture companies. Thus the machine can work long-lastingly and stably.
5. Foundation of Needle Bed
Every foundation of the needle bed undergoes stringent temperature tempering and nature invalidation for at least 3 months, which make the bed keep its shape in the later production and promise the stability and quality of knitting.
